Special conditions
- The applicant, or their authorized representative, must submit a request letter to the Roads and Lighting Department - Asphalt Roads Section.
- All required documents for one of the services, which include (electricity, water, lighting, telephone lines, and sewage networks), must be provided and approved by the service-owning authority
- The road must be an existing asphalt road
