This service enables you to change the setbacks on you land plot, resulting in the change of the percentage of constructed area in of the plot. In addition, it enables you to determine the entrances to your land if it overlooks multiple roads.

Special conditions
- The applicant’s cadastral drawing (krooki) must include the note “Approved for public site” when requesting setback modifications
- Requests are reviewed for: government lands, lands with usufruct rights, large-scale integrated projects (3000 m²), residential complexes, fuel stations, irregularly shaped lands, and corner plots
- "Residential lands' area must be more than 1200 m²
- Residential lands' area must be less than 300 m² in old areas
