Apply for Approval of a Site Development Plan
This service enables you to apply for approval of a site development plan for land, including changes to building setbacks and the entrances and exits if the land borders more than one road.

- Two copies of the site plan issued by an engineering consultancy office.
- Survey plan (krooki).
- ID card
- Approval letters from the relevant government entities, if applicable (such as the municipality or Royal Oman Police).
