Special conditions
- The schedule of programs and activities must not affect the rehabilitation process for beneficiaries enrolled in the center.
- Specifying the implementation date, program objectives, event, activities and purpose of holding them.
- Approval signed by the guardian for the beneficiary’s participation when carrying out any activity or event outside the center.
- Specifying the number of attendants for beneficiaries when organizing programs, events, and activities outside the center.
- When other entities request the participation of beneficiaries in an event, a letter from that entity must be attached to the request.
