Get Approval to Invest in Sports Club and Community Local Team
This service enables you to submit investment requests for lands owned by the ministry and allocated to sports clubs and local teams for the purpose of constructing buildings, sports fields, or commercial shops, or for converting part of the club's land area for commercial or investment use.

Special conditions
- The investment project should not affect the club or team's ability to practice its various activities, and in a way that provides a field for future expansions of the facilities of the club or team. Otherwise the club or team must have an alternative land that can accommodate projects and sports structure
- Investment revenues must be within the limits of market rates, and in some cases, it may be necessary to provide a feasibility study for the project
- The club and team are prohibited, after the contract is approved, to add, modify or delete of any of its items without getting prior written approval from the ministry
- The parties to the contract (the club, team and investor) bear all administrative and legal consequences in the event of a breach of any of these controls
