Special conditions
- The beneficiary is not allowed to sell, transfer, or dispose of the supported devices or equipment within five years from the date of receiving support, unless written approval is obtained from the relevant department
- Any other conditions specified by the ministry
- The beneficiary must comply with the provisions of the Fisheries Law and its executive regulations, as well as any related decisions
- The beneficiary should not have been convicted for violating the Fisheries Law within the past two years prior to their eligibility for support
- The ministry has the right to take necessary actions to ensure that the beneficiary does not dispose of the boat, ship, equipment, devices, or other materials obtained through the support
- Support is granted based on the order of the applications that meet the prescribed conditions. The support cannot be transferred to another person except in the event of death, in which case it may be transferred to one of the heirs who meets the conditions for receiving support, based on the agreement of all other heirs (in case of multiple heirs) and with the ministry's approval
- The beneficiary must have an existing farm, a valid agricultural ownership card, and a license from the ministry to practice aquaculture activities
- The beneficiary must comply with the instructions and guidance set by the relevant authorities in the ministry
- Priority for support is given to those who have not previously received support under the same category of support specified in the annex, according to the economic feasibility of establishing an aquaculture project and the needs of each region based on the ministry's programs and plans
- Support is granted once per farm for each type of category mentioned in Annex (5), with the exception of fish feed and fish fry (juveniles), based on the program defined by the ministry's relevant department
