Special conditions
- Meet the minimum age requirement of (18) years to obtain a light vehicle driving license.
- Meet the minimum age requirement of (18) years to obtain a motorcycle driving license.
- Meet the minimum age requirement of (21) years to obtain a license for operating mechanical equipment and heavy vehicles.
