- • The company/establishment must be registered with the Ministry of Commerce, Industry and Investment Promotion and the Oman Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
- • The company/establishment must be registered with the Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and Water Resources and have a valid fish transport and marketing license/fishing vessel license/fishing facility license.
- • The vehicle must be equipped with a container that allows the use of fish transport and handling baskets.
- • Compliance with the Marine Fisheries Law and its executive regulations and decisions issued to implement the provisions of the law and compliance with the provisions of the fish markets regulatory regulations.
- • Payment of the due fees.
- • Obtaining a health certificate (medical examination of the applicant).
