- Ensuring that the applicant is the owner of the establishment (contractor), their representative, or an authorized signatory.
- Providing proof that the tender has been awarded to them
- Paying a business coverage insurance fee of 1% of the project value, with a minimum of 100 Omani Riyals.
- The amount will be refunded to the transaction owner after the completion of the assigned project
- Paying a waste removal insurance fee of 1% of the project value, with a minimum of 100 Omani Riyals.
