Special conditions
- • To be prepared for the purpose of improving its quality and providing added value.
- • To be purchased by institutions and companies that have obtained a license and a fish quality control certificate from the competent authority in the ministry, from the market, or from owners of vehicles transporting and marketing live aquatic wealth who have obtained a certificate proving the purchase of fish from the market according to the form prepared for that purpose.
- • That institutions and companies licensed to practice the activity of trading and marketing live aquatic wealth and have obtained a fish quality control certificate, submit a fish marketing program in local markets approved by the ministry.
- • That the export of (chilled) Yellowfin tuna fish be by air only.
