Special conditions
- The municipality reserves the right to change entrances and exits if necessary to expand roads in the future
- The project contractor must obtain excavation approvals and permits from the competent authorities, then apply for a separate permit to carry out excavation work outside the boundaries of the plot from this administration before commencing work
- The contractor implementing the project must obtain the approval of other concerned parties and then obtain the building permit (major permit) from the Building Permits Department of Muscat Municipality. This is before starting to implement the project
- The owner shall bear the responsibility of making any changes to the entrances and exits of the station if necessary in the future in order to preserve public safety and the flow of traffic
- The owner shall bear the responsibility of carrying out periodic maintenance work for all implemented road facilities, including painting the roads when necessary and according to the requirements of the Muscat Municipality
- All road-related work must be completed according to Omani road specifications
- Taking into account the construction of rainwater drainage channels for the station, entrances and exits
- The General Directorate of Projects and Afforestation in Muscat Municipality shall be notified after completing all works to conduct the final examination
- Muscat Municipality does not bear any financial consequences resulting from carrying out these works
