Required documents
- A letter from the processing plant in case of exporting fish through import and export companies
- Marketing certificate (if any) - Fish export regulations issued by the Agricultural and Fisheries Marketing Directorate - Fish Marketing Department
- Results of approved laboratory tests issued by the laboratories of the Fish Quality Control Center or by approved private laboratories by the center if requested and approved by the center (according to the plan for taking samples from the Quality Control Center - updated from time to time)

Special conditions
- The company must have a valid license to practice the activity from the Ministry of Commerce, Industry and Investment Promotion
- Fish transportation and marketing license (fisheries sector)
- Catch certificate (from the Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and Water Resources - Control and Licensing Department)
- The customs broker must be Omani
- Fish products must be prepared in companies that have obtained a fish quality control certificate issued by the Fish Quality Control Center
