Get Initial Approval for Fishing Boat License
This service enables artisanal fishermen to operate a boat, by getting fishing licenses after meeting the required conditions.

Special conditions
- Must have a valid fishing license.
- A year must have passed since getting the license for the .first time
- Must not have currently an artisanal fishing boat license or artisanal fishing vessel license
- The last transfer of ownership of a boat or vessel to the applicant must have been more than one year ago.
- Must not have any violations of the Fishing Law in the last two years.
- Must be registered with the Ministry of Labor as a job seeker.
- If he is an employee, the maximum salary shall not exceed 700 Omani riyals.
