This service enables you to submit an investment license request through the Oman Business Platform. The request can be submitted by the investor, the authorized signatory, or a delegated representative using the self-service or through service providers such as "Sanad" and law offices.

Special conditions
- All companies subject to the Foreign Capital Investment Law must register for the service after obtaining a commercial registration, either through self-service or service centers.
- The applicant's information, type of activity, investment project implementation timeline, and feasibility study must be registered, and the license must be valid for two years.
- Submission of the technical and economic feasibility study of the project
