Special conditions
- The request must comply with all the conditions stated in the Executive Regulations of the Law of Fertilizers
- The investor must pay the Agricultural and Fishing Development Fund contribution fees at the fund’s office in the Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries Wealth and Water Resources before the license is issued
- The investor must obtain approvals from the relevant authorities
- The investor must comply with all technical requirements related to fertilizer production factories
