This service enables you to get license approval from the Financial Services Authority to open a new branch of insurance institutions, whether it is an insurance company, an insurance agent, or insurance broker, in the Sultanate of Oman.

- A copy of the practical experience of the person in charge of managing the branch
- A certificate of no criminal record for the branch manager
- A copy of the commercial register
- Evidence that the company has no deficit in the total assets compared to the total liabilities
- Evidence that the prescribed Omanization percentage has been met
- A copy of the CV of the person in charge of managing the branch
- A copy of the academic certificates of the person in charge of managing the branch
