Special conditions
- The research and study must be conducted by a recognized scientific body or institution.
- The research and studies must have productive and health objectives and be in line with the policies and programs approved by the ministry.
- Willingness to work with other groups working in the field of animal research and cooperate in the field of publishing and exchanging research results.
- Commitment to employing and training national cadres within the research team
- Submitting a copy of the final study of the scientific research to the competent unit (General Directorate of Animal Wealth)
