Special conditions
- A list of the founders' names and signatures must be attached
- A copy of each founder's ID card or passport and personal information must be attached
- A detailed program must be submitted for the institution, commensurate with the institution's capabilities at the time of its establishment
- A copy of the institution's articles of association must be attached
- The institution's articles of association must include the following: 1. Organizational structure. 2. Membership requirements. 3. Technical, administrative, and financial rules of the institution. 4. The institution's articles of association may not include anything that conflicts with the provisions, laws, and regulations in force in the Sultanate.
