- Compliying with the provisions of Royal Decree No. 46/95 on the regulation of the trade and use of chemicals
- Complying with the regulation on the registration of hazardous chemicals and their related permits issued by Ministerial Decision No. (248/97)
- Complying with the regulation on packaging, labeling, and data requirements for hazardous chemicals issued by Ministerial Decision No. (317/2001)
- Complying with the provisions of Ministerial Decision No. (14/2017) regarding the determination of fees for giving permits to deal with chemicals
- Adhering to the technical requirements for permits issued by the Authority
- Getting a permit to use or sell the chemical (environmental permit to deal with hazardous chemicals) to be imported
