- The investor is obligated to get the approvals of the relevant authorities
- The investor must pay the contribution fees for the Agricultural and Fish Development Fund at the Fund’s headquarters at the Ministry of Agriculture and Fisheries before getting the license
- The investor must adhere to all technical requirements related to fertilizer factories
