- 10. The investor must pay the contribution fees to the Agricultural and Fisheries Development Fund at its headquarters in the Ministry of Agriculture and Fisheries before the license can be issued.
- 1. The shop must have the equipment for storing seeds
- A business name and logo must be determined and placed on posters and printed materials, and an appropriate sticker must be hung on each seedling prepared for sale, stating its scientific name and type.
- 8. The shop must have basic facilities such as a small warehouse
