This service enables you to get the Ministry approval to transfer a taxi plate, a benefit number, or a vehicle operating card before completing the transfer procedures with the Royal Oman Police.

- The applicant must attach the identification data of the transferee (the new owner) for review by the Ministry before approving the transfer of ownership. Attach the identification data
- Check the Executive Regulations of the Land Transport Law to make sure you meet the requirements.
- the applicant must meets the age requirements of 21 years and not exceeding 60 years
