Special conditions
- The applicant must be a resident of the governorate in which the fishing permit request is submitted
- The applicant must have a valid fishing license
- The applicant must have a valid fishing boat license
- The applicant must not have violated the Fishing Law within two years from submitting the request
- The number of fishermen added must not exceed 2 for each license
- The added fishermen must have a valid fishing license
