Required documents

• A certificate of liability, a booklet of construction calculations, and a technical report on the land's condition, along with a photograph of the plot
• Filling out the building permit application form from the consulting office (not required for rural housing)
• Filling out the census form by the consulting office (housing)
• Copies of the land title deed, cadastral drawing (krooki) and ID card
• Certificate of the presence of survey markers approved by the municipal
• The architectural plans approved by consulting offices outside Dhofar Governorate must be approved by another consulting office accredited by the Dhofar Municipality
• Approvals from other relevant authorities based on the type of request (may include written letters and architectural plans)
• Documents for crossings and services (water, electricity, telephone, etc.) in the case of lands with no setback on one or more sides
