Special conditions
- The applicant must be the owner of the vessel, or an authorised representative of the owner.
- The vessel must be registered with the Ministry of Transport, Communications and Information Technology.
- The mortgage must be in favour of an approved bank or finance company.
- The vessel must have a temporary registration certificate.
