This service aims to enable ship or marine unit owners, or their legal representatives, to issue an amended registration certificate that includes mortgage details in favor of approved banks or financial institutions, ensuring the official documentation of the mortgage and protection of creditors’ rights, while providing an electronic record integrated with the Central Bank of Oman for verification and updating of mortgage information

One percent (1%) of the mortgage value, with a minimum of twenty (20) Omani Rials and a maximum of five thousand (5,000) Omani Rials.
