Special conditions
- The mountain must be extended and located outside the boundaries of the land plot, with a height of more than 2 meters.
- The mountain must be non-extended and located within the boundaries of the land plot, with a height of more than 6 meters.
- If the height of the mountain is between 2 meters and 6 meters, it requires the contractor to determine the quantities of the cuts.
- If the mountain height exceeds 6 meters, a consultant is required to be present with the contractor.
- The applicant must complete the remaining procedures to obtain the permit from Muscat Municipality according to the geographical area of the wilaya.
