Special conditions
- The area of the shop should not be less than 16 square meters.
- The shop should be close to agricultural roads so that it is easy to reach and the seedlings can be disposed of.
- It should have basic facilities such as an office and a warehouse.
- A plan should be prepared showing its facilities and boundaries.
- A trade name and logo should be determined for it and placed on posters and printed materials and an appropriate sticker should be hung on each seedling prepared for sale with its scientific name and type written on it.
- The sale should be limited to the types and varieties that are compatible with the environmental conditions in the Sultanate of Oman.
- The investor must pay the contribution fees to the Agricultural and Fisheries Development Fund at the Fund's headquarters in the Ministry of Agriculture and Fisheries before issuing the license.
