Get New License for Insurance Agent

You can get the license from the Financial Services Authority to operate as an insurance agent in the Sultanate of Oman.

Required documents

  • Certificates and experiences of the person in charge of managing the office
  • A certificate of no criminal record for the person in charge of managing the office
  • A written pledge to train and develop all workers in the insurance field
  • A copy of the commercial registration papers.
  • A copy of the identity card of the authorized person’s signature
  • A copy of the membership certificate of the Oman Chamber of Commerce and Industry
  • A copy of the agreement concluded between the agent and the insurance company, certified by the company, the conditions stipulated in Article (6) of the regulations are met.
