- Certificates and experiences of the office manager according to the requirements of Article (4), Clause (6)
- Copy of the certificate of membership in the Oman Chamber of Commerce and Industry
- Copy of the commercial register
- Copy of the work procedures manual for valuing vehicles cancelled as a result of an accident, including the foundations and standards for evaluating vehicles
- Certificate of no criminal record for the founders
- Certificate of no criminal record for the office manager
