Special conditions
- To get the family permit, the disability must be severe physical or intellectual disability, such as cerebral palsy, full body paralysis, paralysis on one side or the lower body, polio, severe autism, severe Down syndrome, or complete blindness
- To get the medical permit, the medical report must confirm that the applicant has difficulty walking. The report must be issued by a government health institution for citizens, and by a private health institution for residents
- To get a personal permit, the disability must be physical and affect the lower part of the body, such as paralysis in both legs, one leg, one side of the body, or polio
