Special conditions
- If you have a medical condition, it must prevent you from walking, whether you drive yourself or are driven by a family member or private driver.
- If you have a disability and are driven by a family member, it must be a severe disability (physical or intellectual).
- If you have a disability and drive the vehicle yourself, it must be a physical disability affecting the lower part of your body.
