- Providing the required documents
- The beneficiary must meet the requirements of the Executive Regulations of the Land Transport Law.
- Issuance of a vehicle operating card after completing the registration procedures with the Royal Oman Police.
- If approval is granted for a vehicle operating outside the road network, the vehicle must not be operated loaded on asphalt roads.
