This service enables you to obtain electronic approval from the Ministry to complete the registration procedures for land transport vehicles (trailers and rental vehicles) in the Royal Oman Police's vehicle registration system.

- Providing the required documents
- The beneficiary must meet the requirements of the Executive Regulations of the Land Transport Law.
- Issuance of a vehicle operating card after completing the registration procedures with the Royal Oman Police.
- If approval is granted for a vehicle operating outside the road network, the vehicle must not be operated loaded on asphalt roads.
