Special conditions
- A building permit (major building permit) must be obtained before commencing construction
- The building's electrical plans must be approved by Nama Company
- If the building is multi-storey, approval from Nama Water Services company is required when approving the building plans
- Approval from the Civil Defense and Ambulance Authority must be obtained when applying for the major building permit, if required
- The plot markers must be submitted before and after excavation
