This service enables private sector establishments to submit requests for permits to work during midday hours in June, July, and August.

Special conditions
- Provide workers with enough cold drinking water
- Set up a shaded rest area near the worksite, closed from all sides, furnished and air-conditioned for all workers
- Provide first aid supplies
- Provide water for washing, with covered tanks to keep it cool
- Keep an air-conditioned bus near the worksite
- Follow any other conditions required by the job circumstances
