Special conditions
- The license must be renewed every two years within a maximum period of 1 month from the expiration of the current license
- The radiation protection supervisor must prepare a radiation protection program and oversee its implementation and periodic review
- The supervisor must provide all necessary supplies and instructions related to protecting workers from radiation
- The radiation protection supervisor has the right to hire trained personnel for some radiation protection tasks, taking responsibility for their actions
- The radiation protection supervisor is responsible to the licensee, without relieving the licensee from their full responsibility for the protection and safety of radiation sources and devices under their control
- Complying with Environmental Protection and Pollution Control Law
- Complying with the Regulation of Radiation Protection and the Security and Safety of Radiation Sources and Nuclear Materials is required
