This service enables you to get a card issued exclusively to Omani brokers working in real estate brokerage firms, allowing them to practice brokerage. This card is part of the procedures for obtaining the real estate license certificate for the company.

Special conditions
- The applicant must be an Omani national or a citizen of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries, with their usual residence in the Sultanate of Oman
- The applicant must be at least 21 years old
- The applicant must be registered in the commercial registry and a member of the Oman Chamber of Commerce and Industry
- The applicant must not have been convicted of a crime involving dishonor or breach of trust, or declared bankrupt, unless their legal standing has been restored
- The applicant must have a suitable premises or office registered in their name in the Sultanate of Oman
- Passing a specialized training course in the real estate field, accredited by the Ministry of Higher Education, Scientific Research and Innovation
