Special conditions
- The investor must pay the contribution fees for the Agricultural and Fish Development Fund at the Fund’s headquarters at the Ministry of Agriculture and Fisheries before the license is issued.
- Keeping a record of the movement of fertilizers in and out of the store, with the quantity and date for each fertilizers.
- Ensuring that general safety devices such as protective clothing, breathing masks and fire extinguishers are available and are close to access.
- The investor must adhere to all the technical requirements related to the activity.
- Ensuring that the store is in a place protected from rain, wind and water leakage.
- Ensuring that the site is well ventilated and lit, and has devices equipped with suitable air suction fans.
- Ensuring the availability of a first aid box.
- Ensuring that the fertilizers and soil improvers are separate from other agricultural supplies.
- Ensuring to separate the solid fertilizers and soil improvers from liquid ones.
- Ensuring that fertilizers are separated from other agricultural materials (if any).
- Ensuring that there are no materials suitable for human and animal consumption in the store.
- Ensuring that the store floor is smooth, easy to clean, leak-resistant, and not easily cracked or previously cracked.
