Special conditions
- The beneficiary must rent an entire floor or the whole building.
- The sign's height should be a maximum of 2 meters, and the width should fit the available space.
- Signboards cannot be installed on architectural details, exits, or windows.
- The design must be a realistic Photoshop version of the building's roof, not just an image.
- The signboard frames must be covered with cladding to prevent damage.
