Special conditions
- The property to which the usufruct contract is to be transferred must be free from any legal obstacles
- The property must not be seized or mortgaged except with the approval of the mortgagee and must not be affected by planning restrictions
- Renewing the cadastral plan (krooki) is required if necessary
- An addendum to the usufruct contract, which includes transferring it to a third party, must be provided
- The duration of the usufruct transfer contract must not be less than one year and not more than 99 years
- The presence of both parties to the contract (the owner and the beneficiary) is required, and they must be 18 years old, adults, and qualified to perform the transaction, or represented by a legal power of attorney permitting the act
