Get Vehicle Operating Card for Transporting Goods
This service enables you to obtain an operating card for commercial vehicles (taxi, passenger transport vehicle, or freight transport vehicle). The card contains all information related to the commercial vehicle, the vehicle owner's information, and the vehicle's licensed activity. The operating card serves as a license for individuals and companies to practice commercial land transport activities.

Special conditions
- The beneficiary must meet the requirements of the Executive Regulations of the Land Transport Law.
- Obtain vehicle or trailer registration licenses from the Ministry to complete the commercial vehicle registration procedures at the Vehicle Registration Department of the General Directorate of Traffic of the Royal Oman Police.
- The vehicle used for commercial activity must be eligible and a copy of the vehicle ownership certificate or customs card for means of transport must be attached, or a vehicle registration request from the agency must be submitted.
