• "1. The location of the veterinary clinic or veterinary hospital should be in a suitable place.
• 10. The veterinary clinic or veterinary hospital must have a place to keep records and medical reports.
• 11. Place damaged or expired medicines in closed boxes with a written on the outside indicating this in both languages: Arabic and English, with a list of them sent every (3) three months at most to the ministry, with safe disposal through a specialized party and keeping the documents of the destruction process.
• 12. In addition to the previous conditions, the following conditions are required for veterinary hospitals: A- The presence of rooms to house animals throughout the hospitalization period. B- The presence of a laboratory equipped to conduct laboratory tests. C- The presence of a room equipped to examine animals with X-rays, CT scans, ultrasound, or an endoscope. D- The presence of a place to isolate animals infected with an infectious disease, or suspected of being infected. C- E- The presence of a room to receive and examine sick animals. H- The presence of rooms equipped for the accommodation of the veterinarian, or the veterinary assistant on duty. G- The presence of a room designated for storing animal feed and tools. D- The presence of sinks for cleaning animals. D- The presence of an environmentally friendly incinerator to dispose of waste, or contracting with a specialized company to dispose of waste. "Special conditions for the location and building of the veterinary pharmacy: • The name of the veterinary pharmacy must be written on the facade of its building in a visible sign in large letters in Arabic, and it may also be written in English. • It must be located on the ground floor of the building, provided that it is not lower than the level of the surrounding area and the level of the main street. • Its internal area must not be less than (25) twenty-five square meters. • Its main facade must be made of glass with the use of curtains that block the sun's rays, and overlook the road. • The building and roof must be made of reinforced concrete or a similar non-combustible material according to the safety conditions determined by the General Directorate of Defense Civil. • The necessary means to deliver clean water and sewage must be available.
• 2. The area of ​​land on which the veterinary clinic or veterinary hospital is built should be suitable.
• 3. The floor of the veterinary clinic or veterinary hospital should be covered with tiles or a non-porous material that is easy to clean and sterilize.
• 4. The name of the veterinary clinic or veterinary hospital should be written on the facade of its building in a visible sign in large letters in Arabic, and it may also be written in English.
• 5. The veterinary clinic or veterinary hospital should have a room equipped for performing surgeries and childbirth and a special place for treating the animal.
• 6. The veterinary clinic or veterinary hospital should have an air-conditioned room to store veterinary medicines and materials used in treatment.
• 7. The veterinary clinic or veterinary hospital should have a suitable refrigerator to store medicines that require refrigeration (2-8 degrees Celsius), and another refrigerator (below zero degrees (Celsius) in the event of medicines requiring very low refrigeration (biological materials), provided that each of them is equipped with a thermostat and an operating indicator.
• 8. The veterinary clinic or veterinary hospital must have water, sewage, electricity and fire extinguishing services.
• 9. The veterinary clinic or veterinary hospital must have the necessary medical devices and equipment.
