This service allows passengers and crew members of cruise ships to obtain a visit visa. The visa is granted by the competent authority based on the ship agent’s request and is intended for tourists, commercial ship crew, and others entering the country for tourism purposes.

Special conditions
- The visa applicant must be outside the Sultanate at the time of application submission.
- The visa application must be submitted through companies engaged in maritime agency activities.
- The visa applicant must hold a seaman's book.
- If the visa holder stays beyond the specified period, a fine of ten (10) Omani rials will be imposed for each additional day.
- The visa permits a single entry into the Sultanate of Oman.
