- The service is provided to the following entities: - The units of the administrative apparatus - Institutions and companies that the government contributes to its capital by at least 25% - Institutions and companies that practice activities related to public facilities
- The location cannot be in a basement level
- The load capacity must be 1300 kg per square meter for mobile shelves and 700 kg for stationary shelves if the storage location is on an upper floor
