Special conditions
- Submitting a request letter to the Real Estate Registry Secretariat
- The duration of the usufruct contract must not be less than 1 year and not exceed 99 years
- The presence of both parties to the contract (the owner and the usufructuary) is required, provided that each is 18 years old, of sound mind, and legally capable of conducting the transaction, or represented by a legal agent with a valid power of attorney that authorizes the transaction
- The property must be free of any seizure or mortgage unless approved by the lienholder and unaffected by planning
- Renewing the cadastral plan (Krooki) if required
