Launching the Electronic Portal of Al Wusta Governorate
In line with Oman Vision 2040 goals in digital transformation and streamlined access to information, Al Wusta Governorate electronic portal has been launched as the official platform for comprehensive information about the governorate’s institutions and services.
The portal provides key information about the governorate’s four wilayats—Haima, Mahout, Duqm, and Al-Jazer— and includes a detailed list of services and electronic tenders. It also includes the "Discover Al-Wusta" section, where visitors can explore tourist attractions, folk arts, and the Special Economic Zone. The portal also includes an integrated media center with the latest photos and news, enhancing communication and information accessibility.
The portal offers central access to a range of digital systems designed to improve communication efficiency, including email services, smartphone apps, an internal resource management system, and an electronic services platform that facilitates transactions and services for citizens and residents. It is also integrated with national systems and linked to the websites of various government institutions.
The launch of the Al Wusta e-portal marks a significant milestone in advancing digital transformation in the Sultanate of Oman, reflecting a commitment to making services more efficient and accessible to citizens and residents.
