Modify Land Plot's Shape
This service enables you to submit a request to modify and improve the shape of a land plot (altering the plot's boundaries with or without increasing the area) to make it more regular, in accordance with the surrounding area's planning layout. Approval for the modification depends on the urban planning requirements for the area, ensuring that the modification does not conflict with neighboring plots and their regularity.

Fees per square meter for incomplete possessionThe beneficiary pays these fees for each square meter for incomplete possession up to an area of 800 square meters, in the remaining governorates + the wilayat of Quriyat.
Fees for exceeding the limits in the two previous casesThe beneficiary shall pay these fees if they exceed that in the two previous cases at a price of (10) ten Omani riyals per square meter.
Fees for the excess areas and holdings of incomplete duration for agricultural useThe beneficiary pays these fees for the excess areas and holdings of incomplete duration for agricultural use: (600) six hundred Omani riyals per acre for the holding of incomplete duration in the Wilayat of Salalah and the Wilayats of Muscat, except for (10) ten acres.
Fees for what is more than in the two previous casesWhat is more than that in the two previous cases is at a price of (4000) per acre.

Fees for excess spaces and incomplete holdingsThe beneficiary pays these fees for excess areas and incomplete holdings for commercial/residential commercial use: (40) Omani riyals for each square meter in the Wilayat of Salalah and the Wilayats of Muscat except the Wilayat of Quriyat.

Incomplete possession feesThe beneficiary pays these fees (3) Omani riyals for each square meter for incomplete possession up to an area of 800 square meters in the Wilayat of Salalah and the Wilayats of Muscat except the Wilayat of Quriyat.
Fees for exceeding the limits in the two previous casesThe beneficiary pays these fees for any excess in the two previous cases at a rate of 20 Omani Riyals per square meter.
Fees per square meter for the original areaThe beneficiary pays these fees for each square meter of the original area in the remaining governorates including Quriyat, in addition to the additional area up to 800 square meters.
