Special conditions
- Your salary certificate must be issued by your employer within the last 3 months.
- You must be between 21 and 60 years old. The Ministry may approve some cases as an exception after reviewing the application.
- Check the Executive Regulations of the Land Transport Law to make sure you meet the requirements.
