Object Default Judgment
.This service enables the convict or the person responsible for the civil right in the default judgment to submit a request within two weeks from the date of announcement of the judgment to have the case reconsidered by the trial court. The request shall be submitted to the secretariat of the court that issued the judgment, and the Public Prosecution shall assign the remaining parties to the case to be present.
