Special conditions
- The applicant must have a passion and interest in their scientific field, demonstrated through their scientific achievements.
- The applicant must be specialized in the scientific field relevant to the subject of the meeting (specific specialization each year).
- The applicant must provide a strong recommendation letter from their academic advisor or a renowned scientist in the field who is fully acquainted with the applicant and his\her scientific accomplishments.
- The applicant must be distinguished in his\her academic field.
- If the applicant holds a master's or doctorate degree, he\she must be a researcher who has previously published several research papers in his\her scientific field.
- Complete proficiency in the English language.
