Postpone Execution of Freedom-Restricting Penalties
A request is submitted from concerned parties to the Attorney General to delay the execution of the custodial punishment under one the conditions specified in articles (301-305) of the Penal Procedures Code.

- 1- The postponement of the implementation of the punishment restricted to freedom is applied to the cases authorized in the law of criminal procedures in Articles (301, 302, 303, 304, 305) 2- The approval of the Public Prosecutor.
