Prove Loss of Eligibility
This service enables you to submit a request to the Sharia Court Department at the Primary Court (Inheritance Section) by relatives or concerned parties to prove the loss of eligibility, based on Articles (303 and 304) of the Civil and Commercial Procedures Law.
