This service enables government agencies, mandated by a royal decree, to submit a request for land acquisition to implement specific projects such as road construction. It also enables individuals who have agreed to relinquish their land to submit a request for its acquisition for public use, such as granting a plot of land near a mosque to build a parking lot.

Fees for increasing the area of the landIn the case of an increase in the area of the compensated land, the fees for the increase in area will be calculated based on the same fees for the land use application and area, in accordance with the same granting application fees.
Compensation for two plots of land (Salalah and Muscat governorate)The compensation to be paid for the beneficiary for every additional plot if they granted two or more plots of land in Salalah and all wilayats of Muscat governorate except Qurayyat.
Compensation for two plots of land (other wilayats)The compensation to be paid for the beneficiary for every additional plot if they granted two or more plots of land in the other wilayats including Qurayyat.
